CBRE Capital Markets arranged the sale of the Mills Fleet Farm build-to-suit Distribution Center in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, to an affiliate of iStar Inc. for $50.3 million.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Guy Ponticiello, Tom Holtz and Sonja Dusil represented the seller, Ryan Companies US Inc., which developed, designed and constructed the building.
The approximately 1.1-million-square-foot Class-A industrial building is located just 80 miles east of Minneapolis/St. Paul, Minnesota.
