CBRE Capital Markets’s debt and structured finance team arranged $7.5 million in construction-permanent financing for a 215,900-square-foot distribution facility in Shakopee, Minnesota.
The building is completely leased to healthcare and pharmaceutical distribution firm AmerisourceBergen for 10 years.
AmerisourceBergen’s new facility will sit on a 20-acre site in the Valley Park Business Center in Shakopee. It will feature 30-foot clear heights.
CBRE represented the sponsor, Founders Properties. Doug Seylar, Murray Kornberg and Jessica Lytle lead the deal.
