CBRE recently sold 7800 3rd Street North in Oakdale, Minn., to Capital Partners Industrial Fund II, LLP for $9.15 million. The property is a 97,969-square-foot Class-A office/tech building in The Oaks Business Park, the largest master-planned mixed-use development in the eastern Twin Cities.
Oaks Tech Center IV was developed in 2007 by Carlson Real Estate Company. It is 97 percent occupied by nine tenants.
CBRE’s Ryan Watts, Tom Holtz, Steven Buss and Judd Welliver represented the seller in this deal.
