Thompson & Horton, LLP, has signed a lease for 3,372 square feet of space at 8300 N. Mopac Expressway in Austin. Katie Ekstrom with CBRE in Austin represented the landlord, DWF IV Park, LP. Kelly Woodruff, with CBRE in Austin, represented Thompson & Horton LLP.
Thalman Enterprises, has signed a lease for 3,600 square feet of space at 20475 State Highway 46 in Spring Branch, Texas. This location will be a relocation for K Charles Salon, a subsidiary of Thalman Enterprises. Price Onken with CBRE in San Antonio represented the landlord, HEB.
Subway Real Estate, LLC. has signed a 1,500-square-foot lease for a relocation at 111 Soldad in San Antonio. Whit Jordan with CBRE in San Antonio represented the landlord, Tx San Antonio, LLC. Also in San Antonio, Avarint, LLC has renewed their lease at 1777 Loop 410. Christi Grigsg with CBRE in San Antonio represented the landlord, Eljoan, Inc.
Finally, Ricardo Fernandez with CBRE in El represented Paso Marivani, LLC in their purchase of 18,540 square feet of industrial space at 1525 Magoffin Avenue in El Paso. This space is an expansion of their existing footprint for their commercial equipment sales business. Chad McCleskey with CBRE in El Paso represented the seller, Lanestone, LLC.
