CBRE has arranged five deals totaling 41,802 square feet at The Westwood office building at 2441 & 2443 Warrenville Road in Lisle, Illinois.
CBRE’s Pete Adamo and Adam Lawler represented ownership for The Westwood, Briar Meads Capital.
Signed new leases at the property include:
Westpoint Financial: 11,179 square feet
Mission Wealth Management: 3,263 square feet
Ottosen, DiNolfo, Hasenbalg, and Castalado: 14,630 square feet
Payco: 6,830 square feet
Vantage Point Financial: 5,900 square feet
Located along I-88 with prime access and visibility, The Westwood is Class A office property comprised of 300,000 square feet across two buildings. The building features multiple tenant lounges and a fitness center as well as recent updates including newly renovated lobbies and a new building deli.
The signed leases buck the trend in the suburbs – Class A space in the the East/West tollway submarket had negative absorption of 135,074 square feet year-to-date according to a recent CBRE Research report.
