CBRE has arranged an industrial portfolio sale leaseback on behalf of its client OmniMax International. The deal featured 15 properties across 10 markets in the United States and Canada that were acquired by U.S. Realty Advisors.

The sales transactions closed on April 29, and OmniMax has signed long-term leases at each of the properties where they plan on maintaining “business as usual” operations. No sales prices or lease terms were disclosed.

Kyle Sals, Will Pike, Bruce Westwood-Booth, Maury Vanden Eykel, Jon Fink and Patrick Reiman from the CBRE Corporate Capital Markets team represented OmniMax International in the sale and lease transactions.

Founded in 1996, OmniMax International is the leading national manufacturer of residential roof drainage systems and a top supplier of products for outdoor living, recreational vehicles, and other building end markets.
