CBRE recently executed a joint partnership between Launch Properties and Greenfield Partners to acquire and develop Launch Park Rogers, an industrial park in Rogers, Minn.
The sponsor, Launch Properties, was represented by CBRE Institutional Properties in Minneapolis. Steven Buss and Judd Welliver leads this group.
Launch Park Rogers is a 33-acre master-planned industrial park developed by Launch Properties. The site is located in the northwest metro industrial submarket of Rogers on Highway 101, just 1.8 miles north of Interstate-94.
A 30,000-square-foot build-to-suit warehouse/distribution building 100 percent leased to TurbinePROs, LLC and a 168,000-square-foot speculative industrial warehouse and distribution facility are currently under development.
