CBRE has closed the leasing at Phase I at Arbor Lakes Business Park in Maple Grove, Minnesota.
Sensiva Health LLC, a clinical testing, healthcare solutions company and maker of COVID-19 RT-PCR tests, leased 52,888 square feet of industrial space in building two, bringing the park to 100 percent occupancy. The two buildings at the park total 540,000 square feet of industrial and office space.
Dan Swartz and Austin Lovin with CBRE represented the landlord, Duke Realty, in lease negotiations for the first phase of the business park.
Arbor Lakes Business Park, a Duke Realty master-planned, four-building, 1-million-square-foot project, is located at the intersection of I-94 and I-694 in the Northwest submarket of Maple Grove.
Building two is a 262,820 square-foot building that was constructed on a speculative basis and has been fully leased to four tenants. Building one is a 277,222-square-foot build-to-suit for Illume Candles’ headquarters building.
