CBRE has arranged an 8,700 square foot lease within The Factory Office Suites at The 42, part of Milwaukee’s revitalized Brewery District. Crescendo Collective, a digital agency, will move into the new space in The Factory later this year.
Max Rasansky and Alyssa Geisler represented the landlord at The 42, Scott Lurie. The tenant, Crescendo Collective, was represented by The Boerke Company.
The Forty Two brings together both work and entertainment, providing tenants and visitors with an experience unlike any other in the city, with amenities in the offices of The Factory including onsite fitness center, coffee bar, private tenant rooftop deck, and an open-space community lounge. In addition, the building features the all-new, state-of-the-art MKE Brewing Co. 9th St. Brewery, as well as Glass + Griddle, Venue Forty Two, and a rooftop bar and entertainment deck that provides some of the most spectacular views of the city and the new downtown entertainment district.
With Crescendo Collective moving in, just under 35,000 rentable square feet remains in The Factory.
