CBRE has arranged the sale of Avery Park, a 124-unit build-to-rent multifamily project in Maple Grove, Minnesota, consisting of 42 detached homes averaging 2,262 square feet and 82 townhomes averaging 1,687 square feet.
Curtis Capital Group purchased the property for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Keith Collins, and Abe Appert represented the seller in the transaction.
Avery Park is located at 9713 95th PI N., near the Highway 610 and Country Road 81 intersection. Each unit features granite countertops, washers and dryers and enclosed two-space garages. The property was completed in 2023.
