CBRE has arranged the sale of Arterra, a 126-unit multifamily property in Kansas City, Missouri. An affiliate of a Florida-based sovereign wealth fund purchased the property from Arterra, LLC, a joint venture between St. Louis-based Altus Properties and Copaken Brooks of Kansas City.
Price and terms were not disclosed.
CBRE’s Jeff Stingley and Max Helgeson represented the seller in the transaction.
Arterra is located at 2100 Wyandotte St., minutes east of Interstate 35 and within walking distance to several boutique shops, eateries and entertainment venues including Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts, Union Station and T-Mobile Arena.
The property offers studio-, one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans and features luxury finishes, private balconies, keyless entry, an attached multi-story parking structure, a sun terrace deck with an outdoor kitchen and fire pit, a resort-style infinity pool, Luxor package system and a 24-hour fitness center.
