CBRE has arranged the sale of a 128,814-square-foot industrial and light manufacturing portfolio in Coon Rapids, Minneapolis.
The portfolio is comprised of an 83,614-square-foot building at 7709 Winpark Drive in New Hope, Minnesota, and a 45,200-square-foot property at 385 90th Ave. in Coon Rapids.
T5 Real Estate sold the buildings to Design Properties in a transaction that closed in December of 2021. A sales price was not disclosed.
CBRE’s Bentley Smith and Judd Welliver represented the seller, T5 Real Estate, in the transaction.
Lake Air Products, LLC, a full-service metal manufacturer serving transportation and recreation, medical and life sciences, agriculture and turf, and industrial equipment, occupies 100 percent of the of the portfolio.
