The portfolio consists of two fully leased industrial and research and development buildings occupied by a leading aerospace manufacturer. The buildings are located at 2060 and 2070 Heller Drive within the Cincinnati–Dayton Interstate 75 corridor, near several commercial and residential developments.
Each building includes a mix of office and production space designed to support specialized aerospace manufacturing and research functions.
