CBRE arranged the sale of Sunset Ridge, a 144-unit multifamily property in Milwaukee. Rio Realty LLC purchased the property from Weidner Apartment Homes for an undisclosed amount.
CBRE’s Matson Holbrook, Gretchen Richards, Sean Beuche and Patrick Gallagher represented the seller in the transaction. Steve Kundert of CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt and Structured Finance team in Chicago secured the acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer.
Sunset Ridge is located at 8183 N. 107th St. in Milwaukee’s Granville neighborhood, offering convenient access to Interstate 41 and U.S. Route 45. The property features a range of one‑ and two‑bedroom floor plans.
Community and unit amenities include private entries, in‑unit washers and dryers, an off‑leash dog park, underground parking, a complimentary coffee station and 24‑hour maintenance services.
