CBRE has arranged the sale of a 197,731-square-foot industrial building at 511 Byers Road in Miamisburg, Ohio. Heritage Acquisitions LLC purchased the property from Industrial Commercial Properties LLC for $10.8 million.
CBRE’s Steve Timmel, Will Roberts, Jeff Johnston, Chris Prosser and Doug Whitten represented the seller in the transaction.
Situated near Austin Landing, the one-story building was constructed in 1986 and is 100 percent leased to four tenants. The property has seen extensive renovations since 2019 including a full-front and rear parking lot overlay, new concrete truck courts and new exterior paint.
