CBRE has arranged the sale of The Domain at Bennett Farms, a 219-unit, multifamily property in the high-growth Indianapolis suburb of Zionsville. REI Real Estate Services sold the asset to The Connor Group for a sales price of $40.5 million, in a transaction that closed on Dec. 17, 2020.
CBRE’s Indianapolis and Louisville multifamily team of Steve LaMotte Jr. , Dane Wilson and Alex Possick represented the seller in the transaction.
The Domain at Bennett Farms is located in Indianapolis’ Northwest suburb of Zionsville. The multifamily property is two miles from the city’s downtown “Village,” which features many local restaurants, shops and entertainment options.
It has spacious floor plans, modern design elements, and many amenities, including a fitness center, resident lounge, bike storage, garage parking, and a community garden. The property has direct access to US-421 and is in close proximity to I-465, I-65 and Zionsville’s Big 4 Rail Trail.
