CBRE has arranged the sale of an 11-story, 256-room Radisson hotel in Lansing, Michigan.
Block 100 Limited Partnership sold the property to Lansing Hotel Investors, LLC in a transaction that closed Nov. 5. A sale price was not disclosed.
CBRE Hotels’ Nate Sahn and James Foxx represented the seller in the transaction.
The hotel is in downtown Lansing, just one block from the state capitol and physically connected via its second-floor skywalk to the Lansing Center, the city-owned 125,000-square-foot convention center.
