CBRE Group Inc. recently helped close the sale of Fairways Apartments in Lee’s Summit, Mo.
The 274-unit property was built in 2008, and is located near the upscale Lakewood neighborhood of Lee’s Summit.
Beverly Hills-based Aragon Holdings purchased the property for an undisclosed amount. This marked Aragon’s second apartment purchase in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Jeff Stingley and Doug McFadden, both vice presidents in CBRE’s Kansas City office, facilitated the sale on behalf of the property’s developer, Kansas City-based Dalmark Group.
Stingley has directly brokered more than $100 million in apartment sales during the last 12 months.
