CBRE announced the sale of Bobcat Crossing, a 29,309-square-foot retail center located at 2750 S. Preston Road in Celina, Texas. CBRE represented the seller, Standridge Companies, in the transaction to Houston-based Stablewood.

Bobcat Crossing is a fully leased community retail center situated within the 830-lot master-planned Carter Ranch development. The center features a diverse tenant mix of 13 local and regional businesses, anchored by Sherwin Williams and Subway.
CBRE leveraged its proprietary buyer database to generate multiple competitive offers within the first week of marketing. The high level of investor interest resulted in a bidding war that drove pricing well above initial expectations and enabled an aggressive closing timeline.
