CBRE arranged the sale of 365 Nicollet, a 30-story, 370-unit luxury multifamily property in Minneapolis’ Gateway District neighborhood.
A joint venture between Corebridge Real Estate Investors and Opus Development Company sold the property to Waterton in a transaction that closed on July 11. A sale price was not disclosed.
CBRE’s Ted Abramson, Abe Appert, and Keith Collins represented the venture in the transaction.
Constructed in 2018, 365 Nicollet is LEED Gold certified and is known for its sculpted balconies that make for a bold look in the city’s skyline. The building is one block from the Nicollet Mall LRT station as well as direct Skyway access. The property’s penthouse offers sophisticated space to relax and includes a state-of-the-art golf simulator, pool, an all-season jacuzzi spa, and a private screening room. The 365 Wellness Center features top-of-the-line Peloton exercise bicycles and a yoga studio.
