CBRE negotiated the sale of Mallgate of St. Matthews, a 540-unit apartment property at 514 Brightwood Place in Louisville.
The property sold for $42.5 million.
The Central Midwest Multifamily Team led by Steve LaMaotte Jr. and Dane Wilson, along with Patrick Flaherty and Eric Nelson, represented the seller, Shamrock Communities.
Sundance Bay purchased the apartment community.
