CBRE has arranged the sale of Windscape Apartments, a 68-unit multifamily property at 9151 NW 57th St. in Parkville, Missouri.
Lipari Real Estate 4, Series LLC sold the asset to Robert Hsieh from Prosperous Sierra Properties, Inc. This sale represents Robert Hsieh’s first purchase in the Kansas City market. A sale price was not disclosed. At closing, the property was 96 percent occupied.
CBRE’s Kansas City multifamily team of Max Helgeson, Michael Spero, and Jeff Stingley represented the seller in the transaction.
Windscape Apartments is situated in a well-maintained, park-like setting with close proximity to Park University, top-rated schools, hospitals, and major thoroughfares. Many retailers, restaurants, and leisure activities are nearby.
