CBRE has arranged the sale of Meadowview Industrial, a Class-A, 77,848-square-foot industrial facility in Eagan, Minnesota. A private trust sold the property to Onward Investors. A sale price was not disclosed.
Judd Welliver and Bentley Smith with CBRE represented the seller in the transaction.
Meadowview Industrial is an industrial building in the South Central industrial submarket. At the time of sale, the property was 57 percent occupied. The building was built in 2013, contains 24′ clear heights, three grade-level drive-in doors, and 160′ depth with 40’x40′ column spacing.
