CBRE recently represented Belt Line Properties, Inc., in the sale of five properties within the Belt Line Properties portfolio in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, to Water Street Partners, LLC.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz, Bentley Smith and Brian Pankratz of CBRE Minneapolis represented the seller in the transaction.
The five, single-story infill office and industrial assets total 97,551 square feet and include:

• Belt Line 8, 5050 36th St. W.

The properties are currently 100 percent occupied by 11 tenants on eight acres of land.
