CBRE has arranged the sale of One Valmont Plaza, which contains two Class-A office buildings totaling 173,692 square feet in Omaha, Nebraska. Lockwood Development purchased the property from Omaha Plaza Investments for $26.775 million.
CBRE’s Steve Sheppard represented the buyer and CBRE’s Lee Pedersen represented the seller in the transaction.
The two buildings include the four-story, 64,335-square-foot 13801 FNB Parkway and the six-story, 109,357-square-foot 13815 FNB Parkway. Together, both buildings feature underground heated parking, an on-site engineering staff, a two-story atrium and are located in First National Bank Business Park.
