CBRE|Grand Rapids negotiated the sale of the Belfry Portfolio of commercial properties in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This sale closed July 9.
The portfolio consists of six office buildings in the city and a single office building in nearby Holland, Michigan. The seven buildings contain more than 300,000 square feet of office space.
Prime Office Equities purchased the portfolio. Gates Prime Commercial Group is managing and operating the properties.
