CBRE Capital Markets arranged the sale of two industrial buildings in the Minneapolis market to Onward Investors. The buildings totaled 159,516 square feet.
Judd Welliver, Ryan Watts, Sonja Dusil, Tom Holtz and Bentley Smith in CBRE’s Minneapolis office represented the seller, Big River Real Estate, LLC.
The sale includes two fully leased multi-tenant industrial properties, one at 2265 County Road C in Roseville, Minnesota, and a second at 407 W. 60th St. in Minneapolis.
