CBRE has arranged the sale of Capstone Business Center, a two-building, Class-A property totaling 218,770 square feet in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota.
TA Realty sold the property to Link Investors in a transaction that closed Sept. 23. A sale price was not disclosed.
The CBRE Minneapolis Institutional Properties team of Judd Welliver, Sonja Dusil, Ryan Watts, Bentley Smith and Tom Holtz represented the seller, TA Realty, in the transaction.
Capstone Business Center is located at 9301 and 9315 Winnetka Ave. N. in the Minneapolis suburb of Brooklyn Park. The center was built in 2018.
The property is ideally situated in the heart of the Northwest submarket, the most dynamic in the Minneapolis market, as evidenced by more than 2.6 million square feet of absorption in the submarket over the last 24 months, accounting for 35.9 percent of the total market absorption during this period.
