CBRE recently represented JS Capital in the sale of The James, a 104-bed independent senior living facility at 22111 Woodward Ave. in Ferndale, Michigan.

Completed in April of this year, The James is the first senior living community completed in Ferndale since the 1970s. The James offers residences ranging from studios to two-bedroom units and includes amenities such as a fitness room, a community dining room with restaurant service and a library, movie theater and computer bar.
