The Class-A office property at 11595-11555 N. Meridian St. in Carmel boasts newly renovated lobbies, a fitness center, millennium lounge and 60-plus-person conference center. The property also features visibility within the Meridian Corporate Corridor.
CBRE’s John Vandenbark and Connor Scott represented the landlord, Metonic Real Estate Solutions, in the lease transactions.
• EN Engineering a leading energy engineering firm based in Illinois, took 6,100 square feet in Two Penn.
• enVista, a global supply chain consulting firm and an existing tenant within Two Penn, expanded its footprint from 8,200 square feet to 20,400.
• The law firm of Cross, Pennamped, Woolsey & Glazier, P.C. has signed a lease at One Penn to occupy 6,400 square feet.
