CBRE has arranged three leases since March at 5040 Forest Drive, a two-story medical office building in New Albany, Ohio.
All three tenants, New Albany Endodontics, Capitol Pain and Ohio Dermatology Center, have signed leases on the second floor, which will now be fully occupied for the first time in 11 years.
Together, the three transactions total 16,895 square feet and $3.205 million.
CBRE’s Molly Leach and Todd Payne represented Davis Healthcare Real Estate in the New Albany Endodontics transaction and Tenants Capitol Pain and Ohio Dermatology Center in the other two transactions.
Leach credits Davis Property Management for their willingness to offer above-market tenant improvement allowances and for installing a new skybridge to connect to the Mount Carmel New Albany Surgical Hospital.
