CBRE Columbus ranked first in the number of office lease transactions of more than 10,000 square feet for 2012 in the Columbus market, according to a report issued by the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange, CoStar and CBRE Columbus’ research division.
According to the report, CBRE Columbus was involved in 39 of 72 lease transactions greater than 10,000 square feet in Central Ohio in 2012.
Of the 72 office lease transactions, CBRE Columbus represented tenants in 15 transactions, landlords in 19 and both tenants and landlords in five.
