CBRE has completed the sale of 121,153 square feet at 201 N. Prospect St. in Marengo.
201 North Prospect Street Realty sold the property to Unicarriers Americas Corp. Built in 1990 and situated on 18 acres, the fully air-conditioned building was formerly a bag making and label printing facility.
With expansion in 1992, the site currently features six exterior docks and two drive-in doors and is situated on a site large enough to accommodate further building expansion as well as parking expansion.
CBRE’s Keith Puritz, Brett Kroner, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham were the sole brokers in the transaction. The asking price was $4.5 million.
