Shelbourne Global Solutions has signed several office leases in excess of 15,000 square feet within its Cleveland office portfolio, including Wellspring Financial Advisors, Proper Access and Harmony Hospice Care.
CBRE’s Andrew Coleman, Bob Leibold, Stephen Morris and Alex Holecek are the exclusive listing agents for these Shelbourne buildings, which comprise eight office properties. Many of these buildings have been recently modernized and upgraded with new common areas, lobby finishes and building amenities.
Wellspring Financial Advisors, an independent wealth management and multi-family office, signed a 9,571-square-foot lease at Landerbrook Corporate Center One in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. Rocco DiPuccio and David Horowitz of Presidio CRES represented Wellspring.
Proper Access, a technology provider, signed a 3,110-square-foot lease at Chagrin Plaza at 23771 Chagrin Blvd. in Beachwood, Ohio. Harmony Hospice Care, a hospice organization, signed a 2,314-square-foot lease at One Corporate Exchange in Beachwood.
