CBRE Detroit has expanded its brokerage group with the addition of Larry Emmons, senior vice president of capital markets, to its staff.
Emmons specializes in industrial and office investment properties, bringing more than 25 years of acquisition, disposition, redevelopment and sale/leaseback experience to CBRE.
Before joining CBRE, Emmons served as a senior managing director for Newmark Grubb Knight Frank and a regional director for First Industrial Realty Trust.
