CBRE closed the sale of 660 North Wells Street, a 13,125-square-foot retail property in Chicago’s River North neighborhood.
The property was acquired by an international buyer, Azora Private Solutions, in a transaction that closed on October 22, 22025. This sale marks the building’s first change in ownership in over four decades.
CBRE’s Dominic Soltero and Tom Svoboda represented the private seller in the transaction.
Positioned at the corner of Wells and Erie Streets, the three-story building is home to the first Hooters restaurant in the Chicagoland area.
