CBRE Group recently financed four senior housing apartment properties operated by American House Senior Living in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
The four facilities have a mix of 449 market-rate and LIHTC affordable apartments. They are located in Hazel Park, Pontiac and Clinton Township, Michigan.
The loans, totaling $41.8 million, are insured through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 221(d)(4) streamline refinance mortgage insurance program.
Jason Brown, vice president of CBRE Capital Markets’ Indianapolis office, originated the loans in partnership with John Taylor, senior vice president of CBRE Capital Markets in Seattle.
