Ann Rinde has joined the CBRE’s Minneapolis office as a vice president focused on office leasing in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market.
Rinde brings more than 11 years of experience in commercial real estate and marketing, most recently at the Minneapolis office of Jones Lang LaSalle as vice president on its downtown leasing team. During her tenure at the firm, Rinde helped grow the team’s Twin Cities portfolio to 5 million square feet, with assets including T3, IDS Center, 33 South Sixth, Mayo Clinic Square and PWC Plaza. Prior to brokerage, she oversaw JLL’s marketing for the Twin Cities region.
She joins the team of Mark McCary, Larissa Champeau and Paddy Clancy, which specializes in office leasing primarily in downtown Minneapolis and other urban locations. The team’s leasing portfolio includes Capella Tower, AT&T Tower, 333 South Seventh Street, 801 Marquette and 121 S. 8th Street in downtown Minneapolis and MoZaic East in the Uptown neighborhood.
