CBRE|Grand Rapids has helped D.A. Blodgett – St. John’s lease about 6,000 square feet of office space at 2920 Fuller Avenue NE in Grand Rapids, Mich.
A local non-profit agency that has been protecting children from abuse and neglect for more than 125 years, D.A. Blodgett – St. John’s works in partnership with the Grand Rapids community to provide comprehensive services to children and families, including Big Brothers Big Sisters, foster care, adoption and family support.
The new space will allow the agency to expand those services provided at the existing D.A. Blodgett campus on Leonard Street NE. In addition, the agency provides residential treatment and KidsFirst emergency shelter care on the Knapp Street NE campus.
CBRE provided landlord representation services on behalf of owner H&H Management & Development, with Nate Scherpenisse, Blake Rosekrans and Drew Miller working as a team to close the transaction.
