TBS MES purchased an industrial warehouse and office at 201 Industrial Drive in Franklin, Ohio, that will now serve as the company’s new headquarters. CBRE’s Beau Nimer represented the buyer in the purchase.
Tristate Biomedical Solutions of Verona, Kentucky, purchased Medical Equipment Services of Dayton, Ohio, in January 2018 and merged the two businesses. As a result of the merger, there was a need for a larger office and warehouse space that had easy access to I-75. The company purchased the 19,560-square-foot property to consolidate facilities between Kentucky and Ohio, and to bring both to a more centralized location.
