Scotty’s Dawghouse will be the anchor tenant in Butler University’s new Sunset Avenue Parking Garage on the campus of Butler University in Indianapolis, thanks in part to CBRE.
The restaurant, scheduled to open in Febraury of next year, will lease 6,400 square feet on the northeast corner of Sunset Avenue and Lake Road. The restaurant will serve lunch and dinner, and can seat 250 to 300 diners at a time.
Butler’s new facility, scheduled to open for parking this month, includes 17,000 square feet of retail space on the first floor of the five-story parking structure.
