Chuy’s Tex Mex will open at the Polaris Fashion Place retail center in Columbus, Ohio, in the fall of 2019. Chuy’s is moving into the 7,000-square-foot building that was the site of the former Smokey Bones, 1841 Polaris Parkway.
This will be Chuy’s second location in the Columbus market.
CBRE vice president Melissa Ruther and associate Meghan Schmidt represented Chuy’s in this lease negotiation. Nicole Dautovic, with SITE Centers, represented the landlord. Seak Kipp, with Ranger Retial Properties, acted as the master broker on the deal.
