ML Realty recently leased 105,637 square feet of industrial space in Pleasant Prairie, Wis., to Hanna Cylinders, LLC. CBRE helped close the transaction.
The building, built in 1990, is located in an institutional-quality business park located within a quick drive of Chicago’s north suburbs.
