The Woodland Corporate Park VII office building in Indianapolis has been acquired by Alidade Capital WCP VII, LLC. CBRE has been awarded the leasing assignment for the property.
The 118,954-square-foot class-A office building was purchased for an undisclosed price. Dan Richardson, a senior vice president in CBRE’s Indianapolis office, represented the seller, Duke Construction Limited Partnership, in the transaction.
The acquisition represents Michigan-based Alidade Capital’s second transaction in Indianapolis, and brings its total portfolio in the area to about 292,000 square feet.
Following the sale, Alidade Capital awarded CBRE senior vice president John Vandenbark and vice president Nick Svarczkopf with the listing assignment for the property.
