CBRE recently helped close the sale of a Class-A 162,618-square-foot distribution center in Shakopee, Minn.
The center, 5655 Eleventh Avenue East, sold for $11.35 million. The center is completely occupied by two tenants.
Steven Buss, Tom Holtz, Ryan Watts and Judd Welliver of CBRE’s Minneapolis institutional group represented the seller, Capstone Quadrangle.
