CBRE helped USAA Real Estate Company sell a nearly 4.9-million-square-foot Class-A industrial portfolio to Duke Realty. The portfolio, made up of eight predominantly single-tenant net leased buildings, includes Midwest properties in St. Louis and Kansas City, Mo.

The Class-A portfolio is 100-percent leased to 10 tenants with an in-place stable net operating income. The buildings were built between 2001 and 2008. Tenants include Home Depot, the Clorox Company, Kimberly-Clark, Jo-Ann Stores, Walgreen Company and other national names.

Jack Fraker, Josh McArtor, Jonathan Byrne and Heather McClain Venegoni and Val Achtemeier represented the seller, USAA Real Estate Company.
