CBRE has arranged the acquisition of 6650 W 110th Street, a 76,332-square-foot Class-A medical office building in Overland Park, Kansas. Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV, Inc. acquired the property from VanTrust Real Estate, LLC. A sale price was not disclosed.
Keith Baker in CBRE’s Kansas City office represented the REIT in acquiring the multi-tenant medical office building.
The property was developed and completed in 2017 by VanTrust Real Estate and is currently 92 percent occupied. The property is located near the intersection of College Boulevard and Metcalf with easy access to I-435. The location is central to hospitals including Children’s Mercy South, The University of Kansas Hospital – Indian Creek Campus, Overland Park Regional, Menorah Medical Center and Saint Luke’s South.
After the sale, CBRE was awarded exclusive leasing and property management assignments. Baker will handle leasing and Stacy Oldham will oversee management.
