CBRE recently sold the 23-story 130 Building in downtown Dayton, Ohio
Matt Arnovitz of CBRE represented the seller of this iconic office property in Dayton, Titan Capital Investment Fund, in combination with Jim Vondran and Keith Yearout of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.
The buyer, Brian Lash, former chief executive officer and chairman of Target Logistics Management, bought the building at 130 W. 2nd St.
Lash plans to add amenities to the 336,000-square-foot building. Interior and exterior renovations will soon begin on Dayton’s fourth-largest building.
CBRE will continue management and leasing at the property.
