Space Center purchased the Arden Hills Industrial Portfolio in Arden Hills, Minn., thanks in part to CBRE.
The three-building warehouse portfolio totals 374,370 square feet with 24-foot clear heights. It was built in 1997 and 1998. The three buildings are 97 percent occupied.
Steven Buss, Tom Holtz, Ryan Watts and Judd Welliver of the CBRE Institutional Group in Minneapolis, represented the seller.
