Simplex Grinnell has renewed its lease of 18,000 square feet at an office building in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, thanks to the help of CBRE.
SimplexGrinnell is part of Tyco International, a company that specializes in fire-protection and security systems. The company renewed its lease at the office building at N58 W14772 Shawn Circle in Menomonee Falls.
Matt Hunter and Jim Cavanaugh with CBRE closed the transaction for the company.
